 With the announcement of "2019 Amazing China-the Most Attractive Chinese Cities for Foreigners", Xiamen was shortlisted in the top 20 as one of the most potential cities, marking its seventh winning of the title "the most attractive and potential Chinese city for foreigners". In recent years, Xiamen has been increasingly attractive to foreign professionals. At present, Xiamen owns a "one-card-through" pilot program for high-end foreign professional service and China's first linkage platform of "Xiamen Service Center for Foreign Professionals" and "Immigration Affairs Service Center", and it has also set up "one-stop" service windows for foreigners to handle work permit and residence permit.
